Service Description

Semi-Private Training Semi-private fitness training combines the benefits of personal training with the motivation and social support of a small group. We need an hour minimum for a semi-private session, but we can work with more. If you notice semi-private times appear to be 90 min - 2 hours. If you can only make it for the last hour of the session or only have time for the first hour of the session, that is fine. Just notify your coach of when you are coming in. Semi-Private training is an excellent option for people who want the attention and expertise of a private trainer, but also appreciate the camaraderie and motivation that comes from working out with others. Perfect for those post-rehabilitation as well as for sport performance goals. Get your own custom program, 1on1 attention at a fraction of the cost, in a group setting alongside others doing the same! These sessions can cover whatever you need individually , options are below but not limited to: Foundation Training: For beginner athletes who need private attention to build strong base overall - Weight Loss/Gain - Strength Training: Power, Max Strength, or hypertrophy - Post Rehabilitation : Whether you you hurt, in rehab, or Just finished rehab or going through rehab and need specifics on your workout? The CBP Team can pick up right where that left off. Lets get you to 100% - Speed/Agility Training Semi-private fitness training combines the benefits of personal training with the motivation and social support of a small group. In a semi-private training session, you will be working with our personal coaches whom will create a customized workout plan based on your individual needs and goals. The coach will also provide you with guidance and support throughout your personalized workout, helping you to improve your form, increase your intensity, and achieve better results.
