Welcome to the Official CBP Breakfast Club, the premier offseason training program designed to rebuild, develop and enhance college and elite level high school athletes. Our goal is to send you back fully equipped to compete at the highest level!


General Information

When: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 

Strength , Speed, Mobility, Reaction

6am ( 2 hour workouts )

Areas of Focus: 

  • Strength & Conditioning (Hypertrophy, Power)

  • Speed & Power Development 

  • Linear & Lateral Speed Training 

  • Reaction Training 

  • Joint Integrity & Injury Prevention (Mobility, Stability, Proprioception)
