Service Description
Most female athletes don’t start strength training, speed & agility, or structured cross-training until they arrive in college. That delay puts them at a disadvantage, often leading to preventable injuries or feeling behind the pace of their new team. This summer performance program is designed to change that. It's not just about lifting weights or running fast—it's about learning to train like a collegiate athlete before stepping into that environment. It’s about building confidence in the gym, on the field, and in yourself. Girls deserve the same level of preparation, support, and performance training that boys often get from a young age. It’s time we close that gap. If you’re a female athlete who wants to grow, challenge herself, and prepare for what’s next, this is for you. Run by the girl for the girls!
