Service Description

Providing Teams with an injection of Performance Training with none other than the CBP Team. Get stronger, build endurance increase speed, enhance mobility , develop core strength, fortify joints and tissue , and learn the life lessons that make the process worth while. Our comprehensive training camp covers it all: Total body strength training, loading patterns, footwork, jump training, core strength, joint integrity, plyometrics, power production, rotation development, and hand-eye coordination. Our football training will cover key components of the necessary tools to dominate your component. Key tips and lessons to help you make plays and create opportunities for your teammates to have success also. We will cover Tackling, Blocking, Block shedding, catching, route running, explosive cuts, and football IQ drills and games. Our testing will use premium testing equipment from Vale Performance, the leading brand in the nation. Giving us the most accurate data on our athletes. Ensuring that you have clear results on where you are now as you begin to dive deeper into becoming a successful athlete. 40 yard lasers, Vertical, 5-10-5 drills. We will also instruct the group on how to successfully attack these drills. As always, you will get all the motivation you need from Coach Plez and Coach Drew as our sit down talks about life and the the reality of sports and getting everything you can get out of it will always hit home.
