This 3 Day per week program is one of the most popular CBP training programs. Training is focused on athletic development, strength, speed, conditioning and mobility. Program is run by none other than Coach Plez. Sessions are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7am at "The Farm" 27217 Long Corner Rd Damascus MD. Training is for intermediate and advanced athletes and fitness enthusiasts who are physically prepared for advanced workouts. The majority of the athletes in this program are Collegiate and High School athletes.
