Unlock your body's ability to load, bend, produce explosive force, stabilize, and balance. Athletic Strength: This training develops functional strength which makes an efficient mover, allowing the athlete to be resilient resistant to injury, prepared to handle rigors of playing sports and lifting weight. Our comprehensive training class covers it all: Total body strength training 3D Loading patterns, Jump training core strength Joint Stability Training Plyometrics Speed is always a must Conditioning Suitable for ages 9 and up. We prefer our younger athletes have some experience and maturity. If this is an issue we ask that you join Kwik Kids Training Our group training sessions are available for only $40 per session or as part of a package.
