Service Description
Transform into an explosive athlete with Coached by Plez's Group Athlete Performance training at The Farm. Our 70-minute sessions focus on the keys to athleticism, including speed, strength, coordination, and injury prehab. Think of this training as the components of what makes and efficient and competent mover on the field or court. Our comprehensive training class covers it all: Total body strength training, loading patterns, footwork, jump training, core strength, joint integrity, plyometrics, power production, rotation development, and hand-eye coordination. Suitable for ages 13 and up. This class is for experienced young athletes as well. We have a few in our program already that are physically and mentally prepared for this session. However the other Ath Performance training class is suitable for ages 9+. Our group training sessions are available for only $40 per session or as part of a package.
