As a former D1 / Pro athlete at Kent State(BA Interpersonal Communication), I am a highly motivated, passionate individual hungry for gains, wins, and success in myself and others around me. I have restructured what I do into becoming a top of the line fitness and performance Coach (NASM certified) with over 6 years of training experience, multiple certifications, and over 800 clients. I am a resource for those who want to achieve their goals and a confidant for those who need to become empowered in their process.

Coach Plez is back with the best sports performance training in Maryland. The CBP Performance Programs is designed to take athletes both young and old, to the next level. This program is for ALL ground sport athletes. Being an elite athlete is more than the technical skills of an individual sport. An elite athlete can adapt and adjust to almost any sport or demand asked of them. Our goal in this program is to prepare you to be ready and capable for everything that may come your way. Our program, outside of being a monster athlete, is geared to help you become more confident, be a playmaker, be a difference maker , and a better team player.
