Service Description

The Art of Defense Program ------ All Defensive back positions and nickel (OLB) positions , and inside from former D1 captain, Pro Athlete, and premier defensive back coach, WCAC 2x Champion, Coach Plez aka Josh Pleasant. Plez, owner of Coached By Plez has developed over 150 collegiate athletes of all sports to date, including over 40 Defensive backs . Sessions will cover an array of footwork, techniques, and strategies necessary to play the game at a high level. Build confidence in your technique as you learn and develop. DATES: Please show up ON TIME. (10 min early) Clinic Dates : TBD PLEASE Check in to all the sessions you plan to attend after signing up for your package, or sign for classes as soon as you can so coach can have a head count and know personnel. If Sessions are cancelled due to inclement weather or trainer is unable to be at a session. That session will be rescheduled. You must check in to all of your sessions.
